Quality Control

QC/Technical Support We have three technical departments whose responsibilities are to support the R&D, QC and Production Department. They design samples which were followed by workers during production. In addition, our QC department have seperate teams for each phrase: raw materials, half-products and finished products. QC Staff 30 to 39 IQC is testing the materials FQC is testing the production process Materials/Components Most materials are from the Taiwan area, Germany, Singapore, Japan and Germany. Secondary materials are purchased from China. Procedures/testing Details The IQC department is responsible for inspecting raw materials. The defected raw materials should be rejected and returned to suppliers. Our FQC controls the quality of the products during the production. The QA department assure the quality of all finished products before packaging.
